Opening hours of PALLADIUM on Sunday, November 17, 2024
On the public holiday, Sunday, November 17, 2024, we will celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution. In 1989, this revolution was initiated by a student demonstration originally intended to commemorate the protest action held on November 17, 1939, against the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia. However, the student demonstration on November 17, 1989, quickly turned into a protest of the communist regime, marking the start of the Velvet Revolution, the anniversary of which we now celebrate.
