New operator of the restrooms in PALLADIUM (floor +2, floor -2)

The restrooms in PALLADIUM, located on floor +2 and floor -2, will be run by a new operator, the company M2C, starting from April 1, 2025.

In addition to maintaining a high standard of hygiene, the restrooms will now offer select hygiene products for women and children. To ensure these enhanced services, customers will be charged a fee (in cash or by card, in CZK only):

  • Adults – 20 CZK

  • Mothers with strollers – 20 CZK

  • Children under 10 years – Free (but must be accompanied by a paying adult)

  • People with disabilities – Free (access via turnstile with a EURO key)

The restrooms will also have their opening hours:

  • Restrooms on floor +2: open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm 

  • Restrooms on floor -2: open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm 

We believe that this fee will contribute to greater comfort and an even more pleasant restroom environment. In case of comments or complaints about the payment for the entry, please write to palladiumWC@m2c.cz
